NATURISTS LOOKING FOR A ‘PERMANENT’ POSITION – (MATCHING SERVICE)
You may be required to attend for an interview (this will not always be the case – but for a significant number of applicants, it will be).
I have a dream that a lot of naturist organisations will be ‘properly naturist’ and that a high proportion of their staff will work naked, including their staff in their main office. Maybe we can help them achieve that.
The Interview Process
This will be at our offices in Andover, Hampshire, and will last approximately an hour. [You will almost certainly not be called for an interview if you live more than 100 miles from Andover.]
For our part, we try to achieve that as much as possible: and if you come to our offices for an interview, you will be expected to ‘get naked’ – and you will be interviewed by a naked person.
If you are not called for a face-to-face interview, we will make do with a phone interview.
Ongoing Consultations
You may also be required to attend regular (3 monthly) tete a tetes at our offices where we will discuss the progress we have made during the previous 3 months, the general employment situation regarding the naturism industry etc. These also will be undertaken nude. [Again, not if you live more than 100 miles away from Andover – and not once you’ve found employment, of course.] [If you are short of money – which you may be if you are not working, we may waive this requirement, particularly if it would involve a relatively long journey.]
Are you an Employer?
We match candidates for permanent placement at a fixed fee of £600.
There is no charge to you for this service – it is the employer (who finds an employee) who pays.
Status & Updates
We will keep you informed of what positions you are put forward for, and interviews with prospective employers may be arranged.
You should let us know if you are offered employment, and accept the offer – and therefore want to be taken off our register.
We will update you at regular intervals about the progress we are making on your behalf.
