PERMANENT’ JOBS’
(INFORMATION FOR NATURIST ORGANISATIONS)
One of the things we do is match (naturist) people for ‘Permanent’ job vacancies. We are sure the service will often be very important for naturist organisations, who are in the process of recruiting staff.
Naturist Candidate Network
All the potential recruits on our register are naturists, and would be willing to work naked, provided the circumstances were right.
An example of where the circumstances would not be right would be if the person would be in a very small minority (by going naked) – for instance ‘the only one in the office’.
Basically it is all a matter of common sense.
Of course we will also be quite willing to provide staff for roles where the person would not be expected to work nude – this often happens even in naturist organisations.
Remuneration & Expectations
We expect employers to be clear and transparent about what the remuneration (usually salary) will be, as well as additional benefits like holiday entitlement and pension schemes – for any position. We certainly wouldn’t want an agreed contract to end with ‘bad feeling’.
We offer our services at a very much cheaper price than just about all ‘normal’ recruiting agencies. We have a fixed fee of £600 for a ‘successful match’, whereas the standard charge that normal recruiting agencies make is 25% of the salary. Even for someone on the minimum wage, this would be over £5,000 (for a 40 hour week).
