However, frankly we expect our women temps to be more ‘popular’ than our men temps, and therefore ‘busier’. It’s just one of those things that there are more naturist men than there are naturist women. There is very little we can do about it.
However, there is some work for which naturist men would be preferred over naturist women – so we should be able to help quite a few naturist men temps find quite a bit of work.
Naturist Practice & Dress Code
Our naturist men temps should be willing to work naked when requested to do so, although there are some situations where they may refuse to do so. For instance, it would not be ‘on’ to expect a naturist man temp to work naked in an office where everyone else was ‘clothed’.
I have a dream that a lot of naturist organisations will be ‘properly naturist’ and that a high proportion of their staff will work naked, including their staff in their main office. Maybe we can help them achieve that.
Contractual Structure & Evening Focus
Now, there is good news and bad news.
The bad news is that we have to build up gradually to where we want to be, and we can’t offer (hardly any) temps full-time work at the moment.
The good news is that we are encouraging employers to offer mainly evening work at the moment (with hours somewhere between 6.30 and 10.30), so that, even if we can’t offer you that many hours at first, it will still be an attractive proposition for you to take up, because you won’t have to give up your (current) ‘day job’ – it will be additional pay on top of what you already earn (not instead of).
Your minimum contract will be for 2 evenings a week for 3 hours a day (so 6 hours per week) for 3 months. [These are the minimum contractual terms we offer Employers – though Employers would be able to terminate if they weren’t happy with the staff.] Obviously, you would not be able to accept more than 3 of these contracts at a time.
[That contract is the basic ‘building block’ upon which everything else is built – so for 6 evenings of work a week, you would require 3 contracts effectively. And the contracts would need to be renewed every 3 months. (Well, it is ‘temping’ after all – for more ‘secure’ long-term employment you would need to look for a ‘Permanent’ job, of course.)]
Two-Tier Regional Framework
We operate what might be described as a ‘two tier system’, as regards our temping service. As the advert says, our temping service operates throughout the South. But this is a large region.
We are based in Hampshire (in Andover, actually). But some parts of the region are well over 100 miles away (from Andover). For instance, the region includes Kent and Essex. These places are easily a 3 or even 4 hour drive away.
For the people we take on as temps in these areas, we don’t expect (at the office) we’ll have hardly any fade-to-face contact with them. Everything will be done ‘over the phone’.
But for those who live nearer (Andover), it is a different story. For those who live within about 100 miles of Andover (this includes London), we can expect to have a much closer relationship with them.
And we will expect these workers (who live within 100 miles of Andover) to make ‘coming to the office’ a fairly regular occurrence. (Actually I have in mind that it will be usual to have a monthly meeting to discuss progress etc.)
Now, I mentioned above about ‘naturist organisations’ being ‘properly naturist’ – with a high proportion of the workers working naked, including the staff in the main office. That is a kind of ‘ideal’.
And we propose to be ‘that kind of naturist organisation’.
So – for these monthly meetings, you will be expected to ‘get naked’.
As I said, this won’t affect a lot of workers, who live further away – they will come to the office much less frequently. But it will affect those who live within around 100 miles of Andover.

Fair Pricing Ethics
Most Recruitment agencies are guilty of gross profiteering (in my opinion) and, for their temping services for instance, keep about as much money for themselves as is paid to the temp – if the temp gets £20 per hour, you will find the Recruitment agency also takes around £20 an hour – so they are ‘charged out’ at £40 an hour.
With us, the temp gets £30 an hour (£40 per hour if they are highly skilled), and she / he is normally charged out at £35 an hour (or £45 per hour). We are quite happy to ‘make’ about £35 a day from each of our temps. As we said, what most Recruitment agencies do is just gross profiteering.
